Technical Support Specialist

n8n is an extendable workflow automation tool which enables you to connect anything to everything via its open, fair-code model. We are looking for our first support hire to set the standard for delighting our customers, and build this function from scratch.

• Resolve customer issues via email and video calls
• Support a mix of n8n.cloud (SaaS) and self-hosted customers
  
• Onboard new users, helping them to learn the basics of n8n and build their first workflow
• Set high standards, aiming to continually inspire delight in our customers
• Provide feedback and ideas for improvements to our product and documentation teams
• Build and document support processes, and eventually help to onboard and train future team members

Requirements

• Experience in a support or other service-oriented customer facing role
• Knowledge of javascript and basic programming concepts, e.g. from university studies or a coding bootcamp
• A love of learning new tools and technologies, and helping others to learn them too
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to figure things out for yourself
• Empathetic and a strong communicator
• You take joy in helping others
