Huawei's Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

Now we are looking for a:

Procurement Assistant (m/f/d) Leased Labor Contract

Responsibilities:

• Providing purchase process guidance to all of our business units
• Collect business requests in the area of procurement
• Support internal procurement processes such as contracts maintenance, purchase order management, follow order status, and other operational/administrative work
• Communication with our suppliers about any kind of payment issues; supplier management, solving of unusual problems and future solutions
• Check and finish the receipt of purchase orders and ensure the payment is in time

Requirements

• First experience in the field of procurement within an international working environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international business environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as hands-on mentality and proactive work attitude
• Fluent in Business English (spoken and written) and German as well as Chinese skills are a good plus
