Overview
Our team is looking for a person that will be a manager and will bring the knowledge of supply chain amp; logistics to build up regional processes. With the certain level of travelling component included, the one would ensure smooth intersection between Gorillas' regional and central function amp; practices.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall inventory and availability of the region's dark stores
- Troubleshoot issues with suppliers: be in close contact with the Supply Chain Team as well as directly align with suppliers to solve day to day issues
- Understanding of the area-specific business goals and vision and align the commercial actions
- Hire, onboard and train inventory controllers, who oversee our warehouses
- Liaise with local teams on immediate needs amp; get actively involved in solving them
- Overseeing and accountability for KPIs: ensuring product availability and inventory accuracy across all MFCs in your region
Requirements
- Results-driven, confident, high energy, structure-oriented personality with a diverse background
- Ability to deal with the ambiguity of information and think off the cuff
- 2+ years of working experience in supply chain
- Good networker, people's person who can build relationships easily (internally and externally)
- High learning capacity and ability to self reflect, self-correct, and improve
- Fluency in English and German languages
- Strong understanding of Office/Google Suite - focus on excel amp; data analysis
