Join our growing business and become the first-ever Agile Coach at Marley Spoon. The Digital team is currently in transition: We are doubling the team in the next 12 months to support the growth of the business. Enabling the teams to work autonomously is one of our key objective, and the Agile Coach a key role in making that happen. Working directly with the CTO, you will:
- Develop the agile mentality within the department (and business) and help our scrum teams work towards full self-organisation, both by working as a dedicated team member and acting as a change agent.
- Coach product managers, UX designers, engineers and technical team leads bringing them to the highest levels with regards to critical thinking, autonomous working, self-organisation and clear vision and goal formulation.
- In short: Help all team members and teams bring their performance to next level, by coaching the effective application of Agile principles and practices, while generating high employee engagement in a healthy work environment
Requirements
- You have several years of experience with agile methodologies supporting and coaching Scrum teams
- You hold relevant certifications, such as ScrumMaster and/or Product Owner
- You have excellent facilitation, mentoring and coaching skills
- You are a strong communicator and know how to present information to technical and non-technical audiences
- You know how to build trust and understand how to manage conflict. Build strong relationships comes naturally to you.
- You excel with your emotional intelligence and understand this is coachable
- You have collaborated with product managers and know how to manage stakeholder expectations
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
