Driving the core product assortment, the commercial team lay at the heart of the service. Understanding what the customer wants and needs, analysing the market, negotiating contracts and growing the business. This department can be very fast-paced and requires candidates who are self-motivated.

Overview

We are looking for an individual who will be part of the International Marketplace amp; Revenue Growth team. Working very closely with the Head of International Marketplace amp; Revenue Growth, this is a key role in the business and as such will be responsible for tackling some of Gorillas' most important challenges.

As one of the early members of Gorillas, you will have a significant role in shaping the direction of our business category.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead our value-added service strategy as part of our commercial activities
• Take full ownership of designing new business frameworks and partnering with the local markets to create the go-to-market strategies
• Own and extend the toolbox of what additional services and insights we can provide to our partners
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new features
• Develop new revenue streams and explore potential opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in FMCG, retail, consulting, or fast-growing start-up
• Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build a network across the organisation to influence and easily align between multiple departments
• Highly analytical and detail oriented - can interpret data to seize an opportunity and measure success
• Ability to think creatively and solve different problems by creating forward thinking solutions
• Fluency in English (any other language is a plus)
