Tasks and Responsibilities
• Planning and implementation of RFC Review Meetings (RFC = Request for Change)
• Creation of IT changes based on RFCs
• Coordination of IT changes
• Tracking of activities during the implementation of IT changes
• Weekly reporting on the status of the assigned IT changes
• Support of IT project management in embedding IT changes in IT projects
• Support of the operational processes in the area of IT compliance
Requirements
- Completed training in IT or demonstrable professional experience
- Several years of experience with the operation of IT systems in the GxP environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of the validation and qualification of IT systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of change management in IT systems is a plus
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as an open way of communication
