Motesque is looking for a highly motivated full-time Tech Recruiter (m/f/d). If you are passionate about recruiting, we want to get to know you!
What the Tech Recruiter role involves
- You will be responsible for the full recruiting process for all of our tech positions in Cologne and New York, from hiring needs to offer negotiations
- You develop and define hiring and sourcing strategies for different seniority levels
- You are responsible for the entire personnel service management
- You track, measure and improve our recruiting efforts to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- You build up our talent pool and identify, evaluate appropriate cost-efficient sourcing channels
- You know trends in the job market and make sure we stay competitive
- You drive innovation projects and continuous improvement along the entire recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
- Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, ideally in tech companies
- Strong experience in interviewing and identifying candidates with the right technical and personal skills
- Experience in screening resumes to match qualifications
- Passion for talent sourcing, excellent organizational skills and communicate effectively at all levels of candidates and the organisation
- Familiarity with current recruiting platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, AngelList, Glassdoor )
- High degree of initiative, emotional intelligence and ability to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills
