Work From Home Voice Recording Project - MOD WORLDWIDE 10

Description:

Participants in this project must be native speakers of a variety of languages (see list below) AND have some sort of fluency in German.

To Qualify:

They will record themselves speaking in German, where their native accent will be noticeable.

This is a short paid study. Candidates can participate once and the total duration is 15 minutes approx.

Purpose:

By collecting German voice samples with foreign accents, we will improve AI technologies focused on voice recognition and interaction, so the range of voices and accents that can be understood in one single language is expanded.

Main requirements:

• Your native accent is one of the following:
  • Afghanistan
  • Greece
  • Syria
• You are relatively fluent in German. Your native accent must be heard, but you are able to keep a conversation in German.

You have the equipment to record yourself from home, following certain characteristics.

Participants will be asked to answer a short survey and send a voice sample upon registration.

PLEASE NOTE:

You must speak or have an accent of one of the languages specified above. Your current location is irrelevant as long as you are a native speaker.
