The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of technology initiatives on time, within budget and of high quality in an international environment. He/she will be responsible for the project execution through the entire project lifecycle including Project Inception, Proof of Concept Validation, MVP Alignment, Dev, QA, UAT and Post Launch Support, etc.
Requirements:
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Product Delivery, Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution and delivery of Technology Projects. Help aligning the cross-functional Product Engineering Teams to establish technical requirements for IT Projects, set milestones and roadmap, create integration plans, and manage risks. Have the ability to translate technical Requirements and Design into technical diagrams (e.g. UML) describing current vs desired, etc. Ensure cross-functional alignment on IT Initiatives, proactively communicate status, mitigate risks, manage team and technical dependencies and build relationship with stakeholders across the entire organization to ensure project success. Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently. Facilitate IT Roadmap Planning, Release Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Synch, remove impediments and escalate any organizational blockers, and drive resolution. Partner with Technical Teams to build and refine Backlog to ensure they have sufficient details, Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done. Shield the Technical team from external interference. Work with Technical Team, Product Management, Product Delivery and Business Partners to minimize unplanned tasks and facilitate prioritization discussion, as appropriate.Requirements
Min. 3 years experience in the web technology area as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Analyst or a related role combining technical depth and organisational skillsPractical experience and very good general understanding of technology in general and cloud/web technology specificallyExpert level hands on experience in visualising technically complex scenarios (technical diagram, UML, ...)Proven excellence in planning, organisation and communication skills in an international environment Expert knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other Agile team collaboration tools desired Experience in Omni-channel Commerce amp; Retail and SaaS space desired
