Delica is looking for visionaries with a growth mindset as Senior Performance Marketing Manager - SEA / Paid Social (f/m/d) in full time, remote.
Requirements
As Senior Performance Marketing Manager - SEA / Paid Social (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the management of the PPC channels for FRA, DEU and CH. With additional brands, markets such as USA and UK will follow.
WHAT YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE:
- Building, optimizing and managing performance marketing campaigns - including Google Search and Shopping Ads, Discovery Campaigns, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- You create the copy for ad texts with convincing arguments
- With your passion for language, you take responsibility for the translation processes for performance marketing campaigns
- You take a solution-oriented approach to identifying and implementing conversion potential and monitoring relevant market trends
- You establish target group specific affiliate marketing cooperations
- You create target-oriented reports and result presentations including budget responsibility
- You take over the stakeholder management as well as the consulting with your flair for communication.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- You bring 3-5 years of solid professional experience in SEA/ Paid Social, ideally in an agency environment.
- Very good knowledge of online marketing channels
- Confident handling of Google Ads, Instagram Shopping campaigns, Facebook Business Manager
- Understanding of KPI's (CTR, CVR, CPA) and very good analytical/conceptual skills
- Experience in the FMCG sector and/or with B2C products (food) would be appreciated
- You speak French on C2 and German or English on C1 level
