We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Relationship Management team, who helps us enhance our users’ experience with Freeletics through targeted messages and touch-points in our CRM communication. You will support the team both operationally during campaigns as well as have the opportunity to take on your own exciting projects. You want to motivate others to train and eat clean?   • Set-up campaigns in our CRM tool and do quality assurance of all our communication channels (newsletters, push notifications, in-app messages) before hitting the send button
  • Support with monitoring our campaigns, automations and A/B tests, as well as regular reporting on performance
  • Brief and collaborate with stakeholders from other teams and departments, such as Localization, Content, Data, Product and Customer Service team
  • Participate to brainstorming sessions for new communication touch points, campaigns or channel designs, and lead own projects that contribute to our goals
  • Support operationally in daily business and continuously contribute to optimising processes
Your Profile
  • Passion for Marketing communication and excitement for different channels with fundamental understanding of CRM segmentation
  • Ability to put yourself into our users’ shoes, take into consideration little details and still keep the big picture in mind
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A team player who is accountable and can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of html is a plus
