About the role

Location Remote, Southern Germany

30% travel

Languages Fluent in English + two other European languages preferred (French and German ideally)

Converge building our sales team following a $20m Series A fundraise! We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Europe, preferably Southern Germany, who is responsible for customer adoption and growth within a territory. We need an experienced salesperson who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills. You will be responsible for ensuring incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue, new logo acquisition and customer retention, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.

This role will pick up the management of two of our most strategic customers, with a remit to own and grow those accounts, as well as looking for new opportunities in continental Europe.

The commercial team you are joining is based across Europe, the UK (mainly London), Australia and the US, with a wealth of sales and industry experience.

Success in the first 3 months looks like
  • Understand the value proposition - be able to deliver a compelling pitch to industry veterans
  • Have onboarded as owner for 2 strategic accounts - Account plans up to date, introduction meetings run, next QBR set up and prepared.
  • Maintained existing run rate.
Responsibilities
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new products into existing accounts
  • Develop new, and nurture existing relationships within accounts in your territory
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Hubspot
  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts
  • Work with Sales Development Reps to prioritise opportunities and apply appropriate resources

What you’ll bring to the team
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
  • Software sales experience, specifically selling to VP and C level executives; SaaS experience preferred
  • Track record of success selling into mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Consistently delivering on 6+ figure deals
  • Team-selling experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel
