MISSION
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with the business and help drive their rapid growth! This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans to support our teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders.
Acting as the first contact for the employees in Germany within the Group, you ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
Under the supervision of HR management in Paris, you will structure, organize and be responsible for the HR activities in Germany, thus making an important contribution to the company’s growth.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Contributing to build a strong managerial community that will improve the development of the business
- Support line managers in their decision making for promotions/offers and in delivering key messages to their teams,
- Drive employee engagement in partnership with leaders
- Talent acquisition and Onboarding activities,
- Employer branding : be an ambassador for the Group culture in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Employee Relations and Personnel administration: Pro-actively lead and manage all first line employee relations cases, ensuring managers are offered practical advice and guidance in line with current legislation.
- Data Management: Be able to leverage data analytics to drive HR activities.
Requirements
PROFILE
You will need to have :
Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in similar position
Strong understanding of HR issues : attractiveness, loyalty, engagement and retention of talent
Familiarity with working in project and agile mode
Good understanding of operational issues and be a force of proposal in supporting the managerial line
