Your challenge:

• You play a key role in shaping circulee’s future by reflecting your ideas and creativity in the designs and the development of our user experience.
• You conduct relevant research in order to ensure that circulee stands out within the market of competition.
• You grasp conceptual ideas and turn them into high quality solutions, while always keeping the customer in mind.
• You work in close collaboration with Marketing, Product Managers, Engineers amp; other teams to ensure the user experience conveys the vision set.
• You lay out your decision-making in a structured, data driven amp; cohesive manner to excite the people around you about the solutions to the user problems.

Requirements

• A solid background designing user interfaces, a keen eye for details and passion about the art of design, as well as its importance for communication of ideas and information.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• You love working in an empowered team environment amp; taking autonomous decisions while retaining the optimal balance between quality and speed of delivery.
• You are comfortable using the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• At least 3+ years of experience in UI Design / Graphic Design.
• A portfolio showing your previous UI work experience.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• You are ideally Berlin-based due to partial need for on-site work.
