Our Marketing Department is currently looking for a new Junior Online Marketing Sales Amazon Channel Manager (m/f/d) to take the following responsibilities:

Your main goal is to manage one of our Amazon accounts (Germany, France or the UK) with a profitable revenue growth. You will use the extensive set of tools that Amazon provides to put our products first in the market.

• You design and execute strategies considering organic ranking optimization and other tools (PPC and branding) to achieve your main goal: profitable revenue growth of the channel.
• Having in mind that we want to maximize performance while lowering the costs (let’s make it efficient), you administrate your marketing budget making bid adjustments for Ads campaigns. There’s room for A/B testing and your innovative ideas.
• Quality Ads? You know how to provide quality content for digital paid campaigns. You check the numbers, cross the data, research competitors, select the keywords to come up with the most attractive and best offer on the market.
• You understand that a connected team with a cohesive strategy is the holy grail of success, therefore you participate in defining the team’s actions and future. You propose, question, explain and find agreements in the execution of the Marketing strategies.

Requirements

What we expect from you

• You have a degree in business, marketing or eCommerce, or apprenticeship in related industries.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Previous roles in eCommerce with professional experience on paid campaigns is a plus.
• You have a medium user level of Microsoft Excel and know how to easily navigate the basics. If you are also familiarized with Asana it is even better.
• Among your professional skills you have a solution-oriented mind, analysis over intuition, great communication skills, and you execute as a team player.
• You have a genuine interest in digital marketing and you do not know everything yet but you are willing to learn, test and discover more. You are quite passionate about these topics.
• You are fluent in English and another language (if German or French even better).
