Business Process Manager - Finance Accounting

• You are responsible for further developing our Accounting, Reporting, Cash Flow and Controlling processes.
• You analyze our exicsting finance process landscape and identify potentials optimization and automation.
• You (re-define) cross-functional processes for improved information sharing along the Enpal value chain.
• You identify the need for new tools and coordinate their implementation and define their interfaces to other tools and departments.
• You support the implementation of a company wide ERP solution.
• You define compliant processes aligned with our in internal control system.
• You use your detailed knowledge of our technology capabilities to bring the systems closer to the Finance team
• You work closely with the our technology team to implement custom solutions if required

Requirements

• You have at least years of relevant working experience as a project manager/consultant in finance processes ideally in a consulting or international finance department
• You have a Bachelor or Master (preferred) degree in business informatics or business admin preferably with a focus on tech
• You have a solid knowledge of HGB amp; IFRS and finance processes
• Proficiency with the Microsoft tool suite, agile project management (e.g. Jira), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and ERP Systems is preferred
• You have a strong motivation for improving finance processes through technology, excel at communication, and are a Team-Player
• Your understanding of internal and external reporting as well as interfaces from the finance department to other internal stakeholders is excellent
• You have a proven track record in project management, process analysis amp; modeling
• You are fluent in both German amp; English
